How to Order
Custom Work

 

Step 1:  Pick your pieces!

 

Step 2:  Choose your fabric &/or leathers, buckle/ring color &/or style, and decorations. (Whichever is applicable—I’ll ask for anything you forget.)

 

Step 3:  Send this information along with the pertinent measurements:  tyler@taobytyler.com

 

Step 4:  Pay the invoice I send you from PayPal (or tell me you want to pay via Money Order)

 

Step 5:  Watch your mail!  Your order will be shipped within three business days of receipt of your payment* and all pertinent information needed for completion of the order.

Policy Statements

Shipping:  Lingerie & Leather items are shipped via USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation unless otherwise noted.  Most items ship Priority for $6 for one piece. Custom Floggers with many tails will cost more. King Flogger and other heavier floggers will cost you $12 Priority.

 

Jewelry is sent First Class Parcel for free or Priority for $6 for as many pieces as you
want to buy until the envelope is too full or reaches four pounds! How many pieces is that?
I dunno. Buy them and let’s find out! Free 1st Class shipping for jewelry applies to shipments
to Canada and Mexico as well!

 

International Shipments are sent USPS First Class International.  ASK about prices for international shipping to be sure the charges are acceptable to you. I will happily research the rates for you and give you a quote. International Priority starts at $14. International shipments are not eligible for free shipping.

 

Returns:  Due to the very personal nature of the items made by and/or sold by us, we cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged at the manufacturer’s level.

 

Damaged Items: Now and then an accident happens and you may tear the fabric or rip a crystal off or break the wire in jewelry. Just write me and let me know.  I will repair any piece I have made.  To date, only ONE collar has ever been returned for repair.  Not one flogger  or piece of jewelry has been returned.

Step 3:  Pay the invoice I send you from PayPal (or tell me you want to pay via Money Order)

 

Step 4:  Watch your mail!  Your order will be shipped the next business day after receipt of your payment.

 

If you pay before 1pm, your item will go into the mail that SAME DAY!*

*Does not apply to lingerie or dress collar decorations
which must be ordered from the manufacturer.
